1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the jck444 website located at https://jck444.net (the "Platform"), or by registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting activity offered by jck444, you ("the Player", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms govern the entire relationship between you and jck444 (the "Platform", "we", "us", "our") in relation to your use of the Platform and any services provided through it. • You are at least 18 years of age. jck444 does not permit access by persons under the age of 18 under any circumstances. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable.
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual, acting in your personal capacity and not on behalf of any commercial or business entity for the purpose of reselling or redistributing jck444 services.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of a jck444 employee, contractor, director, or officer, unless express written consent has been granted by jck444 management.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether participation in online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before using the Platform.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by jck444 or any other recognised gambling self-exclusion programme.
• You have not previously had a jck444 account terminated for breach of these Terms.

Age Verification

jck444 takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling extremely seriously. We reserve the right to request identity documents from any player at any time for the purpose of verifying age. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card, passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised authority. Any account found to have been registered by or for a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately. One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain exactly one active jck444 account at any given time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same personal details, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jck444 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, retain any bonus funds credited to those accounts, and void any winnings generated through gameplay on those accounts.

Account Security

You must not share your login credentials with any other person. jck444 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. Account Closure

You may request the closure of your jck444 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawals will be completed and any remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method. Accounts closed at the player's request may be reopened subject to identity re-verification, provided the player is not subject to a self-exclusion order.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jck444 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). jck444 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the player's jck444 account balance in real time under normal operating conditions. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. jck444 does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which jck444 accepts no responsibility.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the player's own name. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts — including accounts belonging to family members, friends, or any other persons — are not permitted. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account may be reversed, and the associated jck444 account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, up to the deposited amount. 5. Bonus and Promotions Policy

jck444 offers a range of bonuses, promotions, free bets, and other incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual offer, in addition to the general bonus policy set out in this section.

Welcome Bonus

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on the jck444 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, icons, text, software, game interfaces, audio-visual elements, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of jck444 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or transmit any part of the Platform's content in any form without prior written consent from jck444.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or proprietary material forming part of the Platform.
• Use jck444's name, logo, trademarks, or branding in any manner that suggests affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship without express written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on any content obtained from the Platform.

Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is licensed to jck444 for use on the Platform. Your use of such game content is governed by the terms of the applicable studio licences in addition to these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Platform Availability

Scheduled maintenance, technical updates, and circumstances beyond jck444's reasonable control — including telecommunications failures, power outages, or force majeure events — may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific services. jck444 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of such unavailability.

Game Outcomes
